RISE Internship (RTY)

During the duration of this course, students will participate in an on-campus internship for up to 25 hours each week. Students will work with the RISE Up Life Coach to identify an internship experience related to their subject area concentration and/or current interests. Students will gain on the job training and be equipped to think critically in the professional environment and troubleshoot workplace problems. REGISTRATION: This course is designed for students who have been admitted into the RISE UP! program.

During the duration of this course, students will participate in on campus and off campus paid internships for up to 35 hours each week. Students will work with the RISE Up Life Coach to identify an internship experience related to their subject area concentration and/or current interests. Students will gain on the job training and be equipped to think critically in the professional environment and troubleshoot workplace problems. REGISTRATION: This course is designed for students who have been admitted into the RISE UP! program; students must successfully pass RTY030 to take this course.
